Supported, accessible Zumba® movement for people with mobility challenges, rehab needs, or anyone who simply prefers a low-impact way to move.

Kazumbah's Seated Chair Zumba® classes in Murwillumbah open the joy of dance fitness up to absolutely everyone. Whether you live with reduced mobility, are recovering from an injury, or simply want a gentler way to be active, Kaz creates a class that meets you exactly where you are.
Sessions use upper-body, core and rhythm-based choreography from the comfort of a chair. The music is just as fun as a standing class, and the energy in the room is just as warm. You'll work coordination, posture, breathing, mood and circulation — all without putting weight or impact on the joints.
Seated Chair Zumba is a wonderful fit for older adults, people in rehab, those with chronic conditions, or anyone whose body asks for kindness right now. Carers and support workers are warmly welcome to join in too.
Classes run in the Murwillumbah area and Banora Point. Get in touch with Kaz to talk through your needs — she'll suggest the best class and confirm the latest venue and time.
What to wear and bring: loose, comfortable clothing you can move easily in, supportive shoes (or whatever your physio recommends), and a bottle of water. A sturdy chair without arms is provided in person; carers and support workers are warmly welcome to attend with you. Book through Kaz's official Zumba® profile, message her on Facebook, or call to discuss accessibility, mobility or rehab considerations.
